Step-by-Step Installation
- Enable apps from unknown sources. On your Firestick, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and switch on Install Unknown Apps.
- Install Downloader. Search for "Downloader" in the Firestick app store and install it. This free tool lets you sideload apps not listed in the Amazon store.
- Download IBO Player Pro. Open Downloader, enter the IBO Player Pro APK URL (available from our support team), and tap Go.
- Install the APK. When the download finishes, tap Install. After installation, tap Open.
- Note your MAC address. On first launch, IBO Player Pro displays your MAC address and device key on the welcome screen. Write them down or take a photo.
- Enter your portal URL. Tap Add Portal and enter the server URL from your welcome email. Tap Save.
- Contact support to activate. Send your MAC address and device key to our team via WhatsApp or email. We will activate your account and confirm via message.
How to Find Your MAC Address and Device Key
When you first open IBO Player Pro, look at the top of the welcome screen. You will see:
- MAC Address — 12 characters in the format
AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF - Device Key — a shorter alphanumeric code unique to your installation
Both pieces of information are needed for activation. If you reinstall the app, the device key may change — you would need to send the new key to support.
Sending Your Details to Support
Via WhatsApp or email, send us the following:
- Your full MAC address
- Your device key
- Your order reference or the name used when subscribing
Activation usually happens within minutes. You will receive a confirmation once your service is live.
Common Issues and How to Fix Them
Portal URL not loading
Verify the URL is entered exactly as sent — check for missing http:// at the start, trailing slashes, or invisible spaces. If the issue continues, contact support with a screenshot.
Blank screen after launch
Go to Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → IBO Player Pro → Clear Cache, then restart the app.
Channels buffering or not loading
